Our Fuxin diesel concrete mixer is constructed from Q355B steel and integrates efficient feeding, uniform mixing, on-site mixing, and rapid unloading. Unlike traditional electric mixers that rely on grid power, this diesel mixer requires no external power connection or auxiliary equipment, serving as a completely independent and flexible on-site concrete mixing solution suitable for various complex construction scenarios.
The equipment can be equipped with high-performance diesel engines from brands such as Kefa and Weichai, as well as Italian PMP oil pump motors, ensuring stable and sufficient power output, low fuel consumption, and thorough, uniform mixing without dead zones. The thickened, wear-resistant mixing drum possesses extremely high structural rigidity, wear resistance, and impact resistance, significantly extending the service life of core components.

Independent Power Without Interference: Equipped with an independent diesel engine, the mixing tank's rotation speed is completely unaffected by chassis speed, gear shifting, or engine shutdown. The tank's rotation speed remains stable during driving and parking, effectively preventing concrete segregation.

Strong Emergency Support Capability: If the chassis vehicle experiences engine failure or unexpected stalling, the independent diesel engine in the superstructure can continue to maintain tank rotation and complete emergency unloading, avoiding significant economic losses due to solidification.

Zero Chassis Power Loss: The independent diesel engine bears the entire load of the mixing tank's rotation, eliminating the need to consume chassis engine power. This ensures more abundant chassis power for the vehicle when climbing hills, driving under heavy loads, or in harsh road conditions.

Fuel Saving and Reduced Wear: When waiting for material, unloading, or during long-term parking for mixing, only the low-displacement/low-power independent diesel engine needs to be used. There is no need for prolonged idling of the large-displacement chassis engine, significantly reducing overall vehicle fuel consumption and chassis engine wear.

Maintenance and fault isolation: The superstructure power system and the chassis power system are independent of each other. A fault on either side will not directly affect the normal operation of the other side, making maintenance more flexible and intuitive.
